Super fortunate to have had the chance in early 2021 to chat with the OG and Toronto music legend David Strickland (@david.strickland), dropping all the knowledge, wisdom, and overstanding on another @harthouseuoft Hip Hop Education Takeover of @harthousestories #thewestmeetingroom podcast.

We explored his love for Hip Hop, including meaningful records in his catalog, elements of his Indigenous identity, the relationship between visual art and music, and so much more. Fun fact: the title for this episode is based on a waveform tattoo that David has on his arm.
